FROM awards TO final handover
01
PROJECT MOBILISATION
Establish project team, appoint subcontractors, finalise baseline programme and set up document management system. Project execution plan issued within 2 weeks of award.

DESIGN & PROCUREMENT
Manage design deliverable schedule, vendor qualification, equipment procurement programme and logistics coordination. Long-lead items tracked weekly against programme.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Coordinate civil, electrical and SCADA works on site. Daily progress monitoring, weekly reporting, HSE inspection and subcontractor performance management.

QUALITY & HSE OVERSIGHT
Implement ITP hold and witness points, carry out internal audits, manage NCRs and ensure all HSE management plan requirements are met throughout construction.

CLOSE-OUT & HANDOVER
Systematic punch-list clearance, as-built drawing review, O&M manual compilation, training delivery and final project close-out report for client acceptance.
