Our Process
FROM LOAD SCHEDULE TO IFC DRAWINGS

LOAD SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT
Collate all auxiliary loads from primary plant, protection, SCADA and building services. Develop LV auxiliary load schedule, UPS sizing and DC system requirements.

CONCEPT M&E DESIGN
Prepare concept LV single-line diagrams, HVAC schematics, fire system layout and lighting scheme for client review and coordination with civil and primary plant.

DETAILED ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Produce LV distribution schematics, panel GA drawings, cable schedules, containment layouts and equipment specifications ready for procurement.

MECHANICAL SERVICES DESIGN
Complete HVAC duct layout, equipment schedules, fire detection layouts, BMS schematics and building services drawings to IFC standard.
05
SITE SUPPORT & AS-BUILT
Provide RFI responses and site inspection support during M&E installation. Compile as-built drawings and O&M manuals for client handover.
