FROM ROUTE SURVEY TO CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE

ROUTE SURVEY & FEASIBILITY

LiDAR data acquisition, aerial survey and desktop route study. Identify key constraints including crossings, environmental sensitivities and access requirements within 3 weeks.

ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL DESIGN

Sag-tension analysis, conductor selection, insulator grading, clearance verification and tower schedule. Long-lead conductor and tower items identified for early procurement.

STRUCTURAL & FOUNDATION DESIGN

Produce tower structural models, load schedules and foundation designs for all tower types. Geotechnical data incorporated for site-specific foundation solutions.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWING ISSUE

Issue IFC tower spotting plans, profile drawings, foundation drawings, stringing charts and hardware schedules to enable contractor procurement and mobilisation.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Respond to RFIs, review contractor method statements, carry out tower inspection visits and compile as-built drawings and line parameters for client handover.
