Our Process
FROM SITE SURVEY TO CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

SITE INVESTIGATION
Topographic survey, soil test pit and borehole programme, geotechnical report and seismic zone classification. Foundation design parameters agreed with client within 3 weeks.

CONCEPT CIVIL DESIGN
Develop site layout, building arrangement, road layout and drainage concept. Prepare preliminary structural schemes for buildings, gantries and equipment foundations.

DETAILED STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Produce structural calculations, reinforcement drawings, formwork schedules and BOQ for all concrete and steelwork. Construction drawings issued in line with programme.

BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN
Design HVAC, lighting, fire detection, access control, security and earthing for all buildings. Coordinate with electrical and SCADA teams for service routes.

SITE SUPERVISION SUPPORT
Provide RFI responses, site query resolution, as-built drawing updates and construction inspection visits throughout civil works execution phase.
